Need A Heating Pad That Remains Hot, Not The Detect Body Temp Types, Also An Electric Blanket?

The only heating pads I can find will not stay hot. I would like to purchase a pad and an electric blanket that were manufactured several years ago.. The type that you could put on a setting and it would get hot and remain that way. The most prevalent brand in stores today are Sunbeam and they are not satifactory for my needs.. Several years ago, they were great.
